What's the turnaround time?

Please read each project description carefully to get an estimated turnaround time.

Turnaround includes business days ONLY; we are closed on weekends, holidays & birthdays.

We aim to complete projects in the quickest manner possible, however, please keep in mind that turnaround times MAY VARY due to order volume, holiday seasons, etc.

To secure a specific deadline, you MUST submit a rush order by texting "RUSH REQUEST" to (504)339-3830. Rush fees apply, and vary DAILY.


**These are creative services, not fast food. Please allow TIME for me to perfect your project.

How do I pay for my order?
Payments are accepted via Zelle, Apple Pay or Cashapp
PayPal is available to clients outside of the U.S.A. ONLY.
Due to the nature of these services, all payments are required upfront, in full to secure your spot.
Keep in mind, your order is not officially placed until payment has been sent.
Once your order is placed, all sales are final.
 

I placed my order & paid, now what?
Once everything has been received, you will receive a confirmation text, along with a receipt, followed by a project intake form via email.
If you do not receive a confirmation text within 72 hours, please contact STUNNA directly.
Updates on your order will be sent accordingly via text.


 

How do I submit my project information?
You will receive an intake form via email within a few hours of your order.
Please include as much detail as possible.

If you choose the "100% Freestyle" option, please note this gives STUNNA full creative control over your project. If you have a specific vision, include reference/inspiration photos.
Please do not submit any project information via text message, Instagram DM, etc.
All changes or forgotten info MUST be submitted via email to be considered.

Any project that goes 30+ days with no information will be cancelled out & subject to a restart fee.

What if I don't like the outcome of my project?
We truly aim to create stunning, unique graphics for each of our clients.
If, for whatever reason, our visions do not align and you are not happy with your project, please communicate with your designer to figure out a solution.

Our goal is to leave every client ecstatic and wanting more - if we can fix the issue, we'd love to.
Each project includes 2-3 revisions; meaning, we can make changes up to 3 times before a revision fee is charged.
Fees may be waives under very specific circumstances.

Although we are open to your feedback -
slander, cursing or defaming in any way will NOT be tolerated under any circumstances. You will be automatically be blocked from booking with STUNNAGRAPHIX. No exceptions.
 

REFUNDS

  • Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final.

  • Once an order is in progress, refunds may not be issued whatsoever.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your project, please communicate your feedback so we can revise accordingly. I want all clients to be 100% satisfied!

  • You may not cancel or reverse an order.

  • I am very sweet, understanding, professional & accommodating. Trying to argue with me, threaten me, or my business, will result in an automatic BLOCK. We don't do negative vibes over here.

  • The same policies apply to all of my clients. There are absolutely NO exceptions for friends or family. 

TURNAROUND

  • Turnaround times are an estimate and based on our availability. Please be as mindful as possible when placing your order. Aim to order in advance to avoid missing deadlines, launch dates, etc.

  • Any order that requires a SPECIFIC deadline MUST be a rush order- otherwise, your project is subject to our typical turnaround time.

  • Factors that may affect turnaround times include: delayed intake submissions, extremely high order volume, revisions, holidays, etc.

  • You are solely responsible for communicating any deadlines, launch dates, etc.

  • Updates are automatically sent as necessary. Constantly rushing the process or harassing for an update will not be tolerated.

30-DAY REDEMPTION

  • Intake forms are asked to be completed within 72 hours. Any delays in submission may affect turnaround time.

  • If any projects go 30+ days without completed information, a response, or required feedback, your order will expire and you will be subject to pay a project restart fee.

  • Package deals come with specific redemption time frames, please pay extra attention to the product details when placing your order.

GOOD VIBES POLICY

  • STUNNAGRAPHIX values treating clients with the upmost respect and understanding. We always aim to create an amazing customer experience, and ultimately create a lasting business relationship!

  • Although we are open to various industries and businesses, we only accept clients who are dedicated to creating a positive relationship with their designer. Any negativity will not be tolerated.

  • Cursing, slander, bashing, defamation, etc. will not be tolerated and automatically results in being blocked from booking or contacting STUNNAGRAPHIX.

  • We are more than open and willing to work with you, and ask our clients to do the same.

REVISIONS

  • Revisions are typically limited to 2-3 per project.

  • We advise carefully reviewing your project, and summing up as much feedback as possible, to avoid unnecessary delays, or accruing extra fees.

  • Once a project has been finalized, meaning it has been sent via text or email, any further changes will result in a revision fee starting @ $25. No exceptions.
